Suman Gunasekaran

KIC Experimental Fellow (2021 - pres)

Suman was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. During his Ph.D., he studied electron transport in single-molecule devices in the lab of Professor Latha Venkataraman. At Cornell, he is investigating the dynamics of molecules in the strong light-matter coupling regime using novel ultrafast spectroscopic techniques. Professor Andrew Musser (Chemistry) is his faculty sponsor.

Research

Chemical physics, nanoscience, microscopy, charge transport, and photonics.
