Research
My research involves atomistic simulation techniques including molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and state-of-the-art quantum chemistry techniques (DFT). I apply these techniques to resolve the molecular level physics and incorporate the molecular details into kinetic transport models to better describe the dynamics of systems, such as the electrospray plume. These modeling techniques are intended to provide design rules and performance analytics relevant to advanced space propulsion systems.
